Balance your senses this September
September has been a bustling month for us here at the Hawthorn Studio. I am thrilled to introduce fantastic new stockists - discover them on our stockists page here. We have new product bundles and something special coming soon. And that's not all! We're gearing up for an exciting customer event next month, with more information on the way.
But perhaps most importantly, we celebrated the remarkable 50th wedding anniversary of my parents, Kathleen and Seamus.
After such a busy few weeks this seems like a good time to take a break and prioritise our self-care routine. As we move into the Autumn, give yourself some time to cleanse and rebalance your skin.
Here are our tips for achieving balance and clarity in your skin this Autumn:
Start with a gentle cleanse: Choose a mild and nourishing cleanser, without harsh ingredients and that will balance the skin's natural oils. Repeat the cleanse a second time.
Try our Balance Cleanser which is a skincare product that is designed to gently cleanse the skin while also balancing the skin’s natural oils. It aims to remove impurities and excess oil from the skin while also maintaining its natural moisture barrier.
Face Mist: Lightly spritz the face with a rejuvenating face mist. It contains prebiotics which promote the presence of healthy bacteria on the skin. This will also help keep the skin hydrated. Try our Prebiotic face mist that aims to soothe and nourish the skin. It contains prebiotics to help balance and support the skin's natural microbiome.
Massage: For day, choose a lightweight face oil which will deeply hydrate and nourish your skin, leaving it soft, smooth, and glowing. So go ahead and indulge in a little bit of luxury every day. Try our Balance Facial Oil which is lightweight and easily absorbed into the skin.
Hydrate: Drinking plenty of water can help to keep your skin hydrated and plump, while also flushing out toxins that can lead to breakouts.
Get plenty of rest: A good night's sleep is essential for maintaining healthy skin. When you sleep, your body heals and repairs itself, including your skin. Lack of sleep can lead to dullness, puffiness, and breakouts. By implementing these simple tips, you can achieve a balanced, healthy complexion this September and beyond.
And here are the happy couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
With love & gratitude,
