We will be closed for the festive season from Friday, December 22nd and will reopen on Thursday, January 4th. All orders placed during this period will be dispatched on Thursday, January 4th.

Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping (2 - 4 Working Days) in Ireland on all orders over €65. Orders are shipped via either An Post or courier and are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order notification, excluding weekends and R.O.I. Bank Holidays. Our products are handmade and dispatch times may vary according to availability.

Republic of Ireland:

UK & EU 4 - 14 Working Days €12

USA & Rest of World 7 - 16 Working Days €18

Pickup from our studio

Select the ‘pickup’ option at the checkout and be sure to add your mobile number so we can let you know when your order is ready. Hawthorn Handmade Skincare is located in Partry in the beautiful County of Mayo, you can find the studio using the Eircode F12KR82.

Returns

While we hope that you will be happy with your order, if for any reason you are not, please contact us within 7 days and we will help arrange a refund or exchange. For reasons of hygiene and safety, products must be returned unopened and in a fully re-saleable condition. Ordering from outside the EU

As your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Hawthorn Handmade Skincare and we are unable to refund any additional duties, fees, or import taxes.
