Vitamin SEA…

I really need to boost my own Vitamin D and SEA levels, so have just organised a summer trip for myself and my Mum to Portugal. I am a big fan of the Algarve and especially, Alvor. It’s a little fishing village with a stunning beach and nature reserve. It’s my favourite place to relax and unwind in the sunshine. I can’t wait to walk the boardwalk which runs all the way along the beach and then veers off in different paths into the nature reserve. It truly is a special place. I will be packing my Balance Skincare Discovery Kit, I’ll also be taking along some of the Uplift and Restore sets as I plan to treat myself and Mum to a mini spa treatment.
